Reports of Saif al-Islam Qaddafi’s Capture False
Reports of Col. Muammar al-Qaddafi’s son and heir, Saif al-Islam’s appeared at the Riox hotel in Tripoli early Tuesday. Fox News spoke with Saif who said that the Muammar al-Qaddafi is alive and well and also still in Tripoli.
