Oh No! Sheriff To Recommend Prosecution For Justin Bieber Spitting Case!

The L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. wants Justin Bieber PROSECUTED for spitting on his neighbor recently, and they’re going to do what it takes to make it happen. Sheriff’s investigators will refer the case to the L.A. County District Attorney for review after the investigation is completed, and the Dept. will recommend that criminal battery charges be filed against him. He certainly doesn’t need that! The people in the Sheriff’s Dept. also believe Justin needs “professional help” to manage his anger and behavior. So, it’s likely he’ll at least get some sort of rehab or something. He really needs to get his life together!
