After the death of Prince there have been numerous documentaries, concert re-runs and reunion shows but now Prince has his own comic book and you can thank Storm Entertainment for making it happen. On what would’ve been his 58th Birthday, Prince is being remembered in a major way. The governor of Minnesota, Mark Dayton has named today Prince Day! Along with the new proclamation, supporters have been asked to rock all purple! What an amazing birthday gift.

According to the newspaper from Prince’s hometown, the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the iconic singer’s exact cause of death was an opioid overdose. They cited a source familiar with the investigation. The day before Prince died, his team called an opioid addiction specialist in California for “urgent” help, according to an attorney working for the specialist. Federal prosecutors and the Drug Enforcement Administration are investigating how Prince obtained prescription medications and from whom. RIP, Prince.
