I see purple everywhere. The cast of The Color Purple, led by vocal powerhouse Jennifer Hudson, will make you feel like you’re being taken to church, as they cover “Purple Rain”. Can someone PLEASE give me a hallelujah.

As the world continues to mourn over the death of musical legend and icon Prince, many close friends have chimed in to give their most memorable moments with the singer. One of whom happens to be the late singer’s ex fiancee and longtime friend Sheila E.
Yes, the death of Prince has broken the hearts of many fans worldwide but that doesn’t mean we have to completely mourn in sadness. Many have chosen to celebrate his legacy. The cast of the very successful Broadway production “Hamilton” does just that, dancing excitedly to “Let’s Go Crazy” at one of their live shows.
We were all caught by surprise by the passing of an icon yesterday. It was the most random occurrence ever and it all happened in a refresh of a timeline. The state of Minneapolis did the best it could to hold a Prince tribute on the day he passed.
With the passing of Prince yesterday, the world was full of sadness as people spoke on their favorite memories of him or played their favorite Prince song on repeat. Fans just wanted any way they could to cope with the loss of such an iconic figure and the day turned into one huge tribute around social media, which I’m sure will last for many more days. Mike Tyson provided his own tribute to Prince and intentional or not, the laughter it provided was a well needed break from the tears and sorrow of fans. Check the gallery!
Back in 2011, Prince invited Kim Kardashian from the audience to join him onstage at Madison Square Garden. Well that didn’t last very long as Kim was extremely embarrassed to even move a muscle, so Prince classicly goes “Get off the stage!” Rest in peace to the legend.
