Kendrick Lamar’s TPAB Shot Back Into The Top 20 On Billboard Because Of The Grammys

Not many new projects were released last week, so this week’s Billboard 200 chart doesn’t see much of a change. Adele is back at number one following Future‘s brief reign, as he falls to number ten in his second week with EVOL. Meanwhile, Rihanna is holding tight at number 3 with ANTI. Elsewhere on the chart, Kendrick Lamar sees a huge surge in sales of To Pimp A Butterfly, thanks to his stellar performance at the Grammys last Monday night. The album comes in at number 16, moving 33k units for the week. Check out this week’s full top 10 below!

Drake Just Tied With Biggie For Most Number One Single Debuts On Billboard

Drake can’t stop collecting W’s. For his latest, the Toronto ambassador has just joined the history books, tying with the legendary Biggie Smalls as the only artists in the history of Billboard to have more than one song enter at number one in its first week. This happened this past week, as “Work” with Rihanna was sitting at the top spot on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, and was then replaced by his new single, “Summer Sixteen.” For Big, this happened in June 1995 with “One More Chance” and “Hypnotize.” Go Drizzy! Can’t wait for Views From The 6 this April!
