(Video) Handcuffed Teen Allegedly “Shot Himself” In The Back Of A Cop Car?!
Police are insisting that a teen, who was handcuffed, shot and killed himself in the back of a squad car in North Carolina. Justin Huerta died on November 19th with a single gun shot wound to the head. His family called the police to report that Huerta ran away and police search for him. But when the officers found him, they arrested him for an outstanding warrant for trespassing. The teen’s death has sparked protest over police conduct in Durham. (Caught On Tape) SMH! Police Do WHAT To A Man Asleep On A Texas BEACH??
Claiming that Texas Police savagely beat him, 34-year-old Reginald Deon Davis has filed a federal lawsuit. In the court statement, Davis stated that he was in Galveston, Texas –the place where the incident occurred– to attend a friend’s birthday party. After attending, he went to Denny’s and, too tired to make it home, decided to park his car on a beach and sleep. Despite his doing so, it was illegal to camp on the beach without a permit –which was found out by the abusive cops that pulled him from his car to arrest him. One would hope when you call the police that they would come and protect you, ESPECIALLY if you are a veteran of the army. That’s not what happened when the veteran, who got jumped and robbed by his roommates, call the Vallejo police. In what can only be seen as police brutality, the police took 45 minutes to arrive at the scene and then lays the smackdown on the victim. Check out this terrible video after the jump.
