Justin Bieber’s people are want JB to come back to L.A. so they can sit with him and convince him to go into therapy … IMMEDIATELY. Sources connected with Bieber say they have been trying to get him into rehab for months, but he has laughed at the idea and he won’t have a conversation about it and insists he doesn’t need it. His people believe the next best step is psychotherapy … to deal with both his drug problem and the underlying issues that have caused it. TMZ claims, “Justin has not denied the notion of therapy and is willing to have the discussion when he returns to L.A. Justin’s team have played armchair shrink over the last year, and they believe the root problems involve his upbringing as well as the obvious… being a child star who grew up rich and famous and got a little too used to it. Justin’s people are hoping that a judge might order him into rehab … but the reality is that probably won’t happen because the Miami offenses are not that serious. On the other hand, if the egging case is filed as a felony, it’s possible rehab could be part of a plea deal.”
Chris Brown made his way to court this week, after facing a charge for the October altercation between himself and another male, outside of his D.C hotel, during his Howard homecoming stay. Brown was offered a plea deal, and it looks like he is turning it down hit the jump for more.
Kevin Hart was arrested in April for a DUI, after cops pulled him over for speeding in L.A. at 90mph and he blew a .15 in the field sobriety test. Luckily, the comedian won’t be doing any jail time for the case, as it was his first offense. Today he pled no contest to one count of DUI, and in exchange, the other count was dropped. Kevin was sentenced to 3 years probation and 3 months of alcohol education classes.

Kaitlyn Hunt an 18 year old Florida teen is being criminally prosecuted for her relationship with a 15 year old. Her girlfriends parents found out about the relationship, disapproving of their daughter’s homosexuality,, they blamed it on Hunt and are pressing criminal charges against her. Hunt was given a plea deal that would see significantly lesser charges but she refused the deal. If she accepted the deal she would be pleading guilty to child abuse but not forced to register as a sex offender. Her refusal means the case will be tried in a court of law, which could be a good thing for Hunt as her case is picking up national notoriety this decision could be pivotal in gay rights.
