NBA:(Video) OUCH! Nuggets Gallinari Could Be Done For The Season

The Denver Nuggets are having one of the best seasons in team history. They are currrently in third place in the western conference and are a very hard team to beat at home. All of that is due in part to the play of Danilo Gallinari who is the second leading scorer on the team. But things may take a turn for the worse now after Gallinari hurt his knee badly last night against the Mavericks and had to be carried off. Team officials fear he tore his ACL, which would sideline him until sometime next season. With leading scorer Ty Lawson already out for a while with a separate injury, the Nuggets all of a sudden went from sitting in a good spot, to serious worry mode about their chances in the playoffs. Check out how the injury happened after the jump.

NBA: John Wall Doesn’t Think Derrick Rose Should Return This Year

While every Chicago Bulls fan and others around the league are anxiously waiting for Derrick Rose to return this season, one star thinks he shouldn’t.  We’re slowly approaching a year since Derrick Rose went down with a torn ACL during the first round of the NBA playoffs.  Now with the playoffs approaching yet again and the Bulls doing surprisingly well, many are expectant of Rose to come back and help put them over the top.  Every athlete heals differently however so while Ricky Rubio and Iman Shumpert have come back, Rose may not be ready and Wall thinks he should take his time.  Read more after the jump.

NBA: Royce White Will Miss the D-League Playoffs

I’m not sure how to remedy Royce White’s situation concerning his anxiety disorder and his professional career.  He’s often said that conditions within the NBA weren’t suitable for his health and is often quoted saying the Rockets haven’t complied with what treatment should be upheld.  While I along with many others are in dark about exactly what he needs, he’s also having issues in the D-League.  After leaving without permission he returned to only soon leave again citing the playoff schedule would be too hectic.  Read more after the jump.

Sports:(VIdeo) High School Basketball Player Does The Unthinkable

This kid has to feel terrible today, and probably will for a while. Hugo High School in Oklahoma was leading their state quarterfinal game against Millwood 37-36, with just a few seconds remaining. Hugo was going to inbound the ball and should of been able to just run the clock out for a win. However, Hugo guard Trey Johnson lost his mind when the ball was passed to him. Instead of letting the clock run out, he dribbles towards the WRONG basket and lays in 2 points for Millwood just before the buzzer sounds to end the game, giving Millwood the win! I feel bad for this kid, but I still laughed when the people on camera call him stupid. Watch it happen after the jump.

NBA: Oh Man! Kobe Bryant Is Making Guarantees!

Some people hate this Kobe, but I love this Kobe!  I’m usually not a fan of cockiness, but this is what Kobe lives for and I love to watch how it’s going to play out!  Kobe recently did an interview with Sports Illustrated and made a guarantee!  He also talked about what team(s) he fears – you know what he said right?!  Check out the quotes after the jump…
