NCAA: Michigan’s Trey Burke Going Pro While UNC’s PJ Hairston Is Staying in School
Michigan sophomore guard Trey Burke, the consensus national player of the year, will enter the NBA draft, according to media reports. North Carolina sophomore forward P.J. Hairston, whose insertion into the starting lineup in February helped push the Tar Heels to the NCAA tournament, will return to UNC next season, the school announced Friday. Read more after the jump.
NCAA: Miami Hurricanes Shake Up the ACC By Beating UNC In the Championship Game!
The Miami Hurricanes entered the season under the radar in the ACC due to the heavyweight teams mainly Duke and UNC. They surprised everyone defeating both Duke and UNC during the season by 20+ even attracting the attention of Miami Heat superstars Lebron James and Dwyane Wade who came through to see it for themselves courtside.
