Ok so these PhunkeeDuck’s and the imitation brands are EVERYWHERE.  Chris Brown was the first celeb I spotted with one as rode it while dissing the paparazzi.  Since then every celebrity owns one and people are riding them all over the place.  Even the usually super serious Rajon Rondo got his hands on one and decided to have some fun during practice.
