Uh-Oh! Rob Kardashian Sued For Robbery & Assault
Rob Kardashian is being sued for assault and battery, stemming from the incident he got in with a photographer last month. The photog, Andra Viak, said Rob took part of her camera at the gym because she was taking photos of him shirtless. Rob said that she had been hiding and trespassing on private property and had no right to be there. Witnesses back up Rob’s claims. However, it’s still full steam ahead with the lawsuit. “While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian’s violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Viak was completely unjustified,” Viak’s lawyer said in a statement. Let’s see what happens!

I mean, maybe he went a little too far, but you can’t blame your significant other for being overprotective over someone they love! A photographer screamed out ‘Hey Baby’ to Eva from across the room and Ryan wasn’t too happy about it at all. The 32-year-old actor apparently ‘flipped out,’ and another bystander even said, ‘Ryan completely flipped out, and it got heated.’ The witness adds, ‘Ryan got in the guy’s face and said, “Who are you calling baby?” Eva had to jump in and calm everyone down before it came to fisticuffs. Ryan then made nice and shook the guy’s hand.’
