After being on the run for nearly six months, the notorious Mexican kingpin Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman was finally recaptured just two weeks ago. Since being back in custody, very few details about El Chapo’s time on the run have been released and so far we only know that he held a secret meeting with actor Sean Penn and possibly had erectile dysfunction surgery in Tijuana. However on Monday, journalist Carlos Loret de Mola for the Mexican newspaper El Universal, tweeted out a photo of El Chapo since his recapture.
