Initially there were reports that DeSean Jackson was released from the Philadelphia Eagles because of suspected gang affiliations. Well we’re not the only ones confused because apparently Jackson asked head coach Chip Kelly why he was being released and even he couldn’t get an answer!
The Los Angeles police department clarified a few points about former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson following his dismissal from the NFC East franchise.

Though the Philadelphia Eagles lost to the New Orleans Saints on Saturday night ending their postseason, this year was still a vast improvement. Quarterback Nick Foles took over as starter putting up incredible numbers and pretty much making it clear Michael Vick would not be returning to the starting position. Initially there were reports that Vick said he didn’t mind playing backup to Foles but I guess that was just for this past season. A new report says Vick is ready to move on.
