A rich couple from California have been arrested for supposedly planting a bag of weed in the car of the person in charge of their child’s Parent Teacher Association.  This vengeful couple,both lawyers tried to plant Vicodin, Percocets and marijuana into the president’s car.  You wouldn’t guess why they decided to take revenge on Kelli Peters, the PTA Pres.  Hit the jump.
