The MTV Movie Awards is airing this Sunday and it has just been revealed the late actor, Paul Walker, will be honored with a tribute. Just last year, Walker was a presenter at the award show along with Fast & Furious costar’s: Jordana Brewster, Vin Diesel, and Michelle Rodriguez. Official Report: Paul Walker’s Cause Of Crash Revealed
Paul Walker died and it was NOT a result of mechanical problems. It was because of speeding. Sources that did the speed analysis, Roger Rodas, the driver, was SPEEDING between 81 and 94 MPH when he lost control. The car crashed within seconds after the speeding. The AP quotes a source from the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. — the agency that conducted the mechanics analysis — who says the crash was NOT the result of mechanical failure. Speed is the reason for the fatal accident. Walker and Roger Rodas died from a combo of the impact and fire. During the investigation, “German Porsche mechanics flew to L.A. to examine the car …. analyzing the Carrera GT’s brakes, engine, body and a tire that wasn’t destroyed in the fire.”

Paul Walker’s Mom Wants Custody Of His Child & Wants Her AWAY From Her Real Mom!
Paul Walker’s mother has filed court documents asking for guardianship of Paul’s 15-year-old daughter … because the real mom has a BIG drinking problem. Cheryl Walker claims in her docs that Meadow and her mom, Rebecca Soteros, are already living with her but Rebecca can’t care for her daughter because of her alcoholism. Her mom has two DUI’s, one in 2003 and another last year. Meadow moved from Hawaii, which is where her mom lives, to live with Paul 3 years before he died because of her mom’s problems with drinking. Cheryl says she’s more than qualified — she’s raised 4 kids, she’s a registered nurse and is a loving person. Paul had said in his will he wanted his mom to be Meadow’s guardian … so it actually is what he wanted. One other note … the legal docs say Paul’s estate is worth $16 MILLION … a lot less than previously filed legal docs estimating his worth at around $25 mil.

Paul Walker’s Father Is Named The Executor Of His $25M Estate!
According to court reports, Paul Walker Sr. will be the current executor of his late son’s $25 mil estate and according to NY Daily News, it was Paul Walker Jr.’s dying wish. It may be due to the fact that the entire sum is reportedly going to be handed to Walker’s daughter, Meadow. Now the only dilemma is who will raise Meadow. She had stayed with him due to her mother’s alleged drinking problem. Now, she lives with Walker’s mother — just as he would want.
