Sports:(Video) O.J. Simpson Faces Parole Board

O.J. Simpson is in the middle of a 33 year sentence for Kidnapping, robbery & burglary, stemming from a botched robbery attempt in Las Vegas in 2007 at a sports memorabilia convention. He is lucky that only 5 years into his sentence that he even has a chance at parole. He faced the parole board yesterday and did his best to convince them he has been a model citizen in prison and has not gotten into any trouble. He even somewhat still tried to justify his actions from that night in Vegas, saying it was not the same as a robbery because he felt the items still belonged to him. The board is not expected to rule for a few weeks, but even if they approve him for parole, he would still serve another 3-4 years behind bars based on the way his original sentencing was setup. In the meantime the hunt for Nicole Simpson’s killer continues…….right? Hit the jump to see video of his hearing.
