Ubuntu Announces OS For All Devices

The people over at Ubuntu, a popular Linux based desktop OS, are expanding to other devices. The popular computer OS is clean, free of tool bars unless called upon, and adds gestures that make navigation a breeze. All the applications from your PC available with you on the go, or on the couch. Files you may have saved or documents you’ve worked on, available in the same folder, on all devices using great Cloud services. Not only stopping at smartphones and tablets, but there will be many television models running Ubuntu.


AT&T Galaxy Note II Gets Latest Update, Multi-Window

Carriers aren’t always so nice with OS Updates, especially when users are itching for the new features. They must approve any and all updates that get pushed to devices, especially OTA downloads. [Over The Air] Well AT&T has finally agreed to let the latest version of Jelly Bean pushed out to all Galaxy Note II users very soon!! List Of Motorola Devices That Get Latest Android Update

Motorola has a slew of devices running the Android OS. They went live with a list of devices that will receive the long awaited Jelly Bean. After Google releases a new build of software they send it to the carriers to be approved for release. Sometimes carriers deny the updates or alter them to their liking, sometimes stripping them of popular features to then charge a fee for them. There are definitely some hot devices on this list.
