It was unknown to many, but the “Big O” and Snoop Dogg (or, Lion) have had beef since ’08. While Oprah was still at the top of Daytime TV, she did a show focusing on misogyny in hip-hop and claimed that Snoop was the leading offender. He felt some kind of way because he wasn’t even allowed the opportunity to defend himself to her audience. At the time, he issued this statement: “I really was offended, because I kind of like her. Liked her. I’m very articulate, very intellectual. She didn’t even get a chance to even know me.”
