The main culprit, former MLB player David Justice, made it his top priority to alert the public and warn Martinez about the storm that is yet to come. In tweets that were later deleted, he claimed that Berry and her team did everything in their power to damage his character.

Things got heated at LAX over the weekend for Halle Berry and her French hubby, Olivier Martinez. The couple were reportedly in the airport with 6-year-old Nahla when they arrived at the Tom Bradley International Terminal at 1:45 PM on Sunday afternoon. The photogs apparently got too close to Olivier and his family, causing him to lash out and start swinging the car seat all over. During his angered rage, Olivier supposedly hit an LAX employee hard with the carseat which caused him to fall backwards. The worker was treated on the scene and has been complaining of “abdominal pain.” The man filed a battery reported against Martinez and plans to file through with pressing charges. I don’t blame Halle’s hubby, though. He felt as if the paparazzi were getting too close to his family so he did what he had to to protect them. Can’t knock him for that!
