Nadya “Octomo” Suleman’s three felony charges in the 2013 welfare fraud case has been bumped down to misdemeanors. Suleman failed to report about $25,000 in sales made from her “sex tape/masturbation video,” according to TMZ. After pleading no contest, being given 200hrs of community service, two years probation and paying back $9,805 to Medi-Cal and $16,481 to the L.A. Octomom Under Investigation On Welfare Fraud Charges?!?!
According to TMZ the LA County of Welfare Fraud Prevention and Investigation has launched a full on investigation on Nadya “Octomom” Suleman, contacting anyone who has employed her over the past year and looking for any other places or persons who might have employed her, collecting information on wire transfers to her, bank statements, checks, cancelled checks, etc. If she made more than $119,000 dollars last year she could face up to three years behind bars and away from her house full of children. This woman has extreme issues. Two days after being released from rehab for prescription drug abuse, OctoMom was issued a weed card. This card was given to her to keep her anxiety under control. Every time I heard about Octomom all I think about is her poor children and what growing up is going to be like for them. Not only is their mom known as “Octomom,” but she’s on and off welfare, she’s done porn, and she’s stripped before.
