On September 5th, Pharrell Williams presented his ‘RAW for the Oceans’ spring-summer collection during #NYFW2014 [New York Fashion Week]. ‘RAW For the Oceans’ produces fabrics made by fibers collected from recycled plastic bottles, the first of it’s kind. The 41-year-old artist introduced the the world’s first denim line from recycled ocean plastic, a collaboration with G-Star and Bionic Yarn.
