After the disgusting mockery of the incident from a bogus page, Facebook has made some changes to their site. Times like these bring a ton of negativity and hatred towards privategroups. To avoid any problems that could turn ugly, the National Rifle Association Facebook page has been temporarily unpublished, says TC. The morning of the Aurora shootings, the NRA tweeted “Good Morning, shooters. Happy Friday! Weekend Plans?” which was down shortly after, which has caused the @NRA to pay very close attention to their social media activity. School Massacre Brings Gun Control Back Up For Debate For Obama
A Teary eyed President Obama mandated that all Americans flags be lowered to half staff in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary Massacre where 27 people were killed 18 of whom were children. The White House is yet unprepared to make a new statement on gun control but, with this incident, discussion about gun control is ballooning. School shootings like the ones at Columbine High School and Virginia Tech, and other mass killings like the batman massacre in Aurora are making people easy prey and causing much pain and terror. The National Rifle Association lost in the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals today fighting for the rights of 18 to 20 year-olds to purchase hand guns. Congress passed the mandate in 1968 in order to keep weapons out of the hands the hands of the immature and reckless.
