Despite the fact he was captured beating up his accountant on tape, MMG rapper Gunplay has been cleared of the charges! That “no snitching” thing really worked to his benefit, as the charges were dropped solely because the victim didn’t want to cooperate with the police! “Video alone is not enough to convict an individual of a crime beyond a reasonable doubt,” the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office told TMZ. “Although the armed robbery is captured on the victim’s surveillance system, the victim, Turron Woodside, is uncooperative of the prosecution of this defendant Richard Morales.” Win! Lil Flip Pleads Not Guilty To Possession Of A Firearm & Weed And Speeding
Lil Flip was arrested on Christmas Day, after being pulled over for speeding and cops found weed and an AR-15 in his car. Yesterday, the rapper pled not guilty to all 3 charges (possession of a firearm, possession of a schedule 1 narcotic (weed), and speeding.) He claims his rifle was legal and that he owns a concealed handgun license (he proved this), and there weren’t any blunts…they were Black & Milds. The pre-trial is set for April. Hopefully he beats it! Seems like the odds are in his favor.

I bet Yandy and her boo Mandeecees has a major weight lifted off of their shoulders. The daughter of LHHNY’s, Mandeecees’s ex-girlfriend accused him of sexual assault. The then 15-year-old said that she performed oral sex on her mother’s SO, and it was mainly done to get back at her mother who she was not getting along with. Mandeecees, however was over the legal age limit and should not have aloud it to go down. That’s water under the bridge, since today he’s been acquitted. After jurors came back with a not guilty verdict, Yandy Smith and others jumped to their feet with excitement. Someone even yelled, “I love you” to the group of 12. Yandy who stood by her man’s side posted to her instagram: “No matter how much they tried to rip you of your pride, defame your name, degrade you…you kept your faith in God and told me to keep my head up. Randy Travis Pleads Not Guilty To Assault Charge!!
The “Look Heart, No Hands” singer Randy Travis is claiming he “didn’t use his hands.”LOL The country superstar pleaded not guilty on Friday in connection with a citation he was issued for simple assault outside a church in Plano, Texas, back in August. In Friday’s hearing, Travis entered his plea and asked the judge for a jury trial. His attorney said the singer was merely trying to defend his girlfriend and another woman.Travis will head to trial on March 11 at 8AM. RUSS B
