Officers Charged In The Death Of Freddie Gray Pleads Not Guilty + Trial Date Has Been Set

Judge Barry G. Williams will oversea the trial for six Baltimore officers – Officers Caesar R. Goodson Jr., William G. Porter, Edward M. Nero, Garrett E. Miller, along with Sgt. Alicia D. Undercover Cop Cleared Of More Damaging Charges In Biker Gang Attack, However, Lesser Charges Stuck

A week ago, detective Wojciech Braszczok testified in his own defense claiming that he assisted other bikers in the beating of SUV driver Alexian Lien, because he wanted to “stop the car from running more people over,” he said. “I should have called 911, but I didn’t,” the undercover added about Lien running over one of his pals. A Cleveland police officer has been found not guilty after he stood on the hood of the victims car and shot inside the vehicle, killing two unarmed black occupants. Sports: Boxer Jermain Taylor Pleads Not Guilty To Shooting His Cousin

Jermain Taylor appeared in court this afternoon in Little Rock, Arkansas in the case of the murder of his cousin, Tyrone Hinton. Taylor is charged with 1st degree battery and terroristic threatening for allegedly shooting Hinton inside Taylor’s home on August 26. Taylor refuses to give up as he claims he is innocent and pleaded not guilty! Another trial date has been set, and if convicted, Taylor could face 26 years in prison. More details after the jump…

On Monday night, the decision of a grand jury had been made regarding the killing of Mike Brown by officer, Darren Wilson, in Ferguson. Wilson was found NOT Guilty, hence would not be charged in the shooting death of the unarmed African-American teenager. The no indictment decision sparked a series of nationwide protests, some getting extremely out of hand, ending in flames. The news had not been taken lightly, with many, including pro-athletes, voicing their frustration and opinions via social media.
