Awww man. I need Wayne to stay out of the court room. Alfredo Marino, a fan of Lil’ Wayne is filing suit against the “No Worries” rapper, and his record label for an incident that happened back in MAY. Marino says that he caught a peep of Wayne while walking the streets of L.A., and attempted to take a photo. That’s when one of Wayne’s entourage took a SKATEBOARD and busted dude upside his head.
