The penthouse is worth $14 million and spreads out over 4600 square feet, though she’s just renting it for now at a cool $39k a month. Rihanna still owns a crib in L.A. as well, but has been spending a majority of her time in the Big Apple lot as of late, reportedly putting the finishing touches on her eighth studio album. In a recent tweet, Rihanna referred to the project as R8, but there’s no telling whether that’s the actual name, or a working title, as like we said, it’s her eighth project.
