To think just 3 seasons ago the Seattle Seahawks locked up the NFC West with a 7-9 record much to the dismay of football fans.  Now they’ve emerged as a serious contender with breakout quarterback Russell Wilson and a beefed up defense headlined by cornerback Richard Sherman.  With the San Francisco 49ers returning to its powerhouse team, the NFC West has become a division to keep an eye on and these two teams have built up a rivalry.  Read more after the jump.
