What to do with Sandy Hook Elementary School is currently being debated. Many people think the school should reopen while others think the school should be torn down and a new one should be built nearby. The students who started the year in the Newtown school are currently in a school in a nearby town following the Sandy Hook massacre. The final meeting of what to do with the school will occur on May 10. Now the daughter of the slain principal of the school is speaking out and threatening to protest if the school reopens. Newton Shooting Medical Examiner, Dr. H. Wayne Carver Speaks!
Medical examiner, Dr. H. Wayne Carver, finally speaks. According to the doctor, each victim was shot more than once and all over their bodies. He said the “long gun” meaning the Bushmaster .223-caliber assault rifle was the weapon used in the shootings! If you previously recall reports said they found that weapon in the shooters car. Out of the seven bodies he examined two were shot at close range and they were all first graders. The doctor said this has been the worst shooting he has ever seen. More updates to come Eloisa Melo
