This story perplexes me!!!! What do you mean their is a 3 year old that is diagnosed with alcoholism!!?? The parents need to be shot!!! This is a shame! I don’t know what parents in their right minds would have their child go through this. I understand you rub a little alcohol on the baby’s gums to soothe pain but to have your child treated for alcoholism at the precious age of 3 is insane! @Ash_Bankz
