Summer Jam has been known to make history for the festival’s special guest appearances. One special guest rumor has been surfacing due to a tweet that was sent out by stage performer and Hip Hop artist French Montana. On Saturday, June 10, 2017, French sent out a tweet that has media buzzing. The tweet is hinting that there could be a guest appearance from the wavy rapper Max B. Now, this is just a rumor due to the fact Max B is still serving time according to the New Jersey Department of Corrections. Fans are even guessing he will be released for only 24 hours to do an appearance. ABC News is now catching heat for faking a crime scene. Crazy, because they are suppose to be a credible source for news. This truly may damage their reputation. Friday morning, Linsey Davis was suppose to be reporting live from a South Carolina crime scene where a woman was allegedly held captive in a storage container by a sex offender.
2 Chainz Is Releasing His “Hibachi For Lunch” Mixtape Tonight
2 Chainz released a new song “Good Drank” featuring Gucci Mane & Quavo last week on his Soundcloud and in the description he stated that a new mixtape “Hibachi For Lunch” would be coming soon. Well today, Chainz takes to his Instagram to announce that the tape will be dropping tonight! In the video post, he gives previews of songs off the project that include song titles, features and a special clothing line based off the mixtape to boot. What a rollout. Joey Bada$$ Says New Album “A.A.B.A.” Is “90% Complete”
Many in the hip-hop world have been wondering when Joey Bada$$ new album will be dropping to the masses. Especially after the release of his new Narcos inspired single “Font & Center.” Well today, Badmon went to his social pages to give an update on his sophomore album “A.B.B.A.” Joey says that the album is “90% done” while celebrating the near completion of his tour with ScHoolboy Q. He also tweets out that he “has the most synchronized occurrences on the planet… I’m convinced. Since 2012.” Be on the lookout from more from the Brooklyn native as we lead up to the album release. A$AP Mob Reveals “Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends – ” Cover Art, Tracklist & Release Date
The A$AP Mob are finally getting set to release their anticipated “Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends-.” The Mob have revealed that the tape will be released on Halloween and they will also be releasing two new singles off the tape “Telephone Calls” and “Runner” this upcoming Friday. They also gave us the complete tracklist with 12 songs to be featured on the project. Probably the best reveal was the covert art, which features a cozy baby posing with a smile with the late A$AP Yams face mark to boot. Quavo Of Migos Reveals Rough Tracklist For Upcoming ‘Culture’ Album
Quavo was not too happy with his groups label 300 for not keeping their word and releasing their 2nd LP ‘Culture’ in September. He voiced his frustration on Twitter this past weekend and followed that up with releasing a song called “Pull Up” reportedly off the project. Today, Quavo takes to his Instagram to give fans a very rough sketch of the albums tracklist. It’s kind of hard to read, but what we do see if theirs a ton of music expected to be on there and many tracks are produced by frequent producer Murda Beatz.
