On Tuesday night the New York Knicks pulled off stunning 104-100 overtime win over the San Antonio Spurs. The Knicks became the first team in NBA history to enter a game with a sub-.200 win percentage at least 60 games into the season and beat the defending champions according to ESPN Stats and Info. The San Antonio Spurs are in playoff contention but they’re fighting for home court in the strong Western Conference and a win against the Knicks should’ve easily helped them towards that goal. Following the loss, Spurs coach Gregg Popovich was expectedly upset and ripped into his team.
