The Words ‘Negro’ And ‘Oriental’ Will Soon Be Banned
The U.S. Senate has approved a law that will ban the name ‘Negro’ and ‘Oriental.’ The words will be replaced with terms such as “Asian American” and “African American.” Back in 2015, the bill was introduced by Democratic New York Representative Grace Meng.
