Outrageous news out of California. 32-year-old Sarah Ann Stephens is now being charged with 2nd degree murder and felony child endangerment after her eight-month-old baby died of an overdose from methadone, xanax, and opana (oxymorphone). Unlike the reckless grandmother that intentionally rubbed her grandson’s gums with methadone, killing him, Stephens’ son ingested the lethal combination of drugs from her very own breast milk.
