(Video) Man From MTV’s ‘True Life’ Suing For Being ‘Set Up’ In Drug Deal By TV Show
Not sure if it’s just me, but I always wondered how the people on these reality TV shows never get caught after they openly buy and use their drugs for the whole world to see. David Nickell, who was on MTV’s “True Life: I’m Addicted to Pills” TV show, is suing the station for apparently getting him set up. He claims the producer of the show told him to buy pills off of his dealer and then give them to a woman in front of her 5-year-old child. He says he was ASSURED he would not get into any legal trouble. However, after the show aired and authorities saw it, Nickell and the woman who he gave the pills to were arrested and the prosecutors used the video footage from the show to prosecute them both. He had to serve seven months in jail. Nickell is currently suing the producer, MTV and Viacom. SMH! Check out a clip from the show below.

This dude is funny! Too Short, you are not fooling anyone. After getting arrested and trying to make an escape from the police, Too Short went down briefly. This cat was NOT triyng to be taken in, he was trying to “get home,” he tells TMZ. Once placed in the squad car, Too Short allegedly dropped drugs in the backseat. There was some confusion as to what exactly the drug was (ecstasy), but Too Short is now trying to subliminally inform us that it was his, but it wasn’t. He don’t know nothing now! “From what I understand, they took me in jail – handcuffed – and later on they came in and said, ‘we got narcotics.’” Don’t act like that wasn’t your product in the backseat!
