Late September, Najee Smith, the son of LL Cool J, was arrested at a nightclub in the Meatpacking District after fighting the workers who attempted to escort him out the place. The 26-year-old was charged on trespassing and harassment; charges a judge has decided to throw out. Marvin Kornberg, Smith’s defense lawyer stated, “It’s amazing that a person has to go through all this nonsense when his case is dismissed.” Find out more after the jump.
