Rachel Dolezal, 37, is under scrutiny this Friday morning. For years, the woman and National Association for the Advancement of Colored People [NAACP] leader in Spokane, Washington, has identified herself as a Black woman, when in fact she is Caucasian. Find out more after the jump.

Things have been weighting heavy out in Baltimore, this past week was nothing short of destructive from looting to burning up a newly built senior citizens home things have just been straight up ugly but in hindsight there is positivity to come from this with marches of peace within the distraught communities and more from celebs who are reaching out to help.


FBI Brought In On NAACP Bombing In Colorado Springs

Early Tuesday morning, a makeshift bomb was found outside a Colorado Springs NAACP office. There was an explosion, however a gasoline can sitting next to the device didn’t ignite. In connection to the explosion, the FBI’s Denver office is now looking for a balding man, around the age of 40, who was seen leaving the scene in a white pickup with a missing or covered license plate. NBA: NAACP No Longer Giving Donald Sterling Lifetime Achievement Award

Amid news of Donald Sterling’s racist remarks towards black people, what was even more shocking is that he was soon to be awarded a Lifetime Achievement award from the NAACP.  What’s even worse is this would have been the second time he would get the award in six years from the LA chapter.  Of course after the backlash from the audio and the news of the pending award spreading, the NAACP has decided against it.

NAACP Leader Benjamin Jealous resigns And Is Leaving When?

Uh oh, looks like the NAACP will need a new leader because as of December Benjamin Jealous Will be Resigning from his position as President for the civil rights organization. Benjamin Jealous is leaving because he wants to spend more time with his family and wants to raise and train more up and coming civil rights leaders.
