U.K. Production Team Creating A Musical Television Drama Using Motown Records!
Stop! In The Name Of Love (Did you sing it too?), a 10-part musical television drama is in the works. The show will be focused on a group of “smart thirty-somethings and their search for love and friendship,” while singing some of Motown’s hottest hits. The production team backing the project, Red Planet Pictures has taken on a deal with EMI Music Publishing, and all seems to be in order. I’m already dancing and singing to the beat! “Rocky” Movies Coming To Broadway In 2014
Yo Adrian! The “Rocky” films will soon be making their Broadway debut. Sylvester Stallone announced earlier this week that the iconic movie series will hit the Winter Garden Theatre in 2014. “I couldn’t be more proud or more excited about this production and how my original story of Rocky Balboa has been brought to spectacular life onstage,” Sly said in a statement. The play will focus on the love story between Rocky and Adrian, as well as covering the fighting in the boxing ring. The actor who will play Rocky has not yet been revealed.

Through Sunday, the movie’s total should hit $311.9 million, beating the unforgettable Oscar-winning musical Chicago ($306.8 million).
