As we’re all well aware of by now, Justin Bieber was arrested early this morning in South Beach, Miami, and charged with a DUI, drag-racing and resisting arrest. He has since admitted that aside from alcohol, he was also under the influence of pills and weed. The latest reports are saying that his father, 38-year-old Jeremy Bieber, helped his son facilitate a lot of the illegal activities that ultimately led to his placement behind bars. Sources say Jeremy was one of the people who helped block off a residential street for Justin’s drag-racing against Khalil, and was also right by his son’s side as he smoked and drank at the club and did nothing about him getting in his car while under the influence. Parent of the year award! SMH.

Reality star Toya Wright was arrested earlier this week and taken to jail for an overnight stay…all for an unpaid speeding ticket that “slipped through the cracks.” To make matters worse? It all happened on her husband MempHitz’s birthday! Shortly after her release, Toya took to her Instagram page to share her thoughts on the experience, and she was quite noticeably infuriated and shaken up over the conditions she endured. (I mean, it’s jail though…did you expect a 5 star experience?) Early this morning, Reginae’s mommy made her way to ATL radio station Streetz 94.5 and went into detail about the entire ordeal. On Friday, police arrested 24-year-old David Adam Pate and charged him with murder after the decomposed body of missing Ricky James turned up. James was last spotted entering the woods with Pate and has been officially declared missing since October 17th. A group of young children were in the woods searching for a missing dog when they stumbled upon the lifeless body of James, who was hidden under a pile of brush. Lancaster police released a statement saying they “suspected Pate almost immediately but had to wait on lab results to prove it.”
Amanda Bynes Not Deemed Insane…Yet
Amanda Bynes has not been deemed insane, well not yet anyway. According to authorities she is not “5150 material” and cannot be held against her will or have her parents cannot put her under involuntary conservatorship like Britney Spears’ parents did. Amanda, who was arrested in New York City, was taken to a hospital when she was arrested Thursday and doctors said that involuntary hold wasn’t needed. The actress hasn’t been deemed insane yet, but if she doesn’t appear lucid in court she can be. Read more below.

I continue to laugh at this girl! I wish Amanda Bynes would just go get herself some HELP! After being photographed in a home that ain’t worth the rent she’s probably paying, the former Nickelodeon star got arrested yesterday on criminal possession of weed, as well as reckless endangerment and felony tampering with evidence charges. She literally had to be drug out her NYC apartment with the wildest looking blonde wig on, and from the mugshot photo, I can see why she was rocking it.
