Drake ran through The Garden this weekend with his Summer Sixteen tour and he culminated it not only with J. Cole, but first he brought New York’s finest including a Dipset minus Jim Jones reunion, Fat Joe, Remy Ma, plus T.I.
Drake just finished off his MSG Summer Sixteen tour run this weekend and did none other by bringing out the city’s adopted son, J. Cole.
Derrick Rose hasn’t played a home game yet at MSG but he already knows what the roar of the crowd will sound like when his name is called thanks to Drake. Last night was the second night of Drake performing at MSG and on night one he said he was “feeling like D-Rose” on stage and last night he went ahead and had the new Knicks starting point guard on stage with him, along with his son, PJ.
Mayor Bill de Blasio says that for the first time ever, the VMA’s will be hosted at NYC’s Madison Square Garden. This is big news since the VMA’s hasn’t touched down in New York since 2013. Before that, it hadn’t seen the big apple since 2009.
Kanye West has spoken. He recently spoke with photographers about getting no help from investors after releasing the fact that he is $53 million in debt. He says that he spent lots of money chasing his dreams. He also gives all his love and support to Adidas. He says without them, there would have been no MSG.
