Between Roddy White and now Wes Welker it appears that football players have a hard time keeping their promises made through Twitter.  Welker had a contest on Twitter for whoever could come up with the best name for his new race horse.  Welker selected the name Move the Chains, submitted by NJ resident Nick Boyle and promised him a trip to a race to watch the horse run except it never happened.
