Simone Marshall, a 22-year-old mother has died in police custody and there is zero explanation as to how. Marshall was in a tragic car accident where her car flipped over many times on April 26. Instead of taking her to the hospital, authorities took her to jail. Marshall got a chance to speak to her sister and said someone had ran her off the road.
