Yesterday there were reports that Kevin Durant got engaged to his girlfriend Monica Wright (who plays for the WNBA). Well Monica confirmed the reports last night. The two have known each other since 2006 and while we don’t know exactly how long they’ve been dating (they kept their relationship very quiet), a tweet about Monica from 2011 was found from Kevin Durant … and it’s so cute! The relationship isn’t confirmed yet but if it is, it’s refreshing to see an athlete choose something other than the stripper/video vixen route. Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant is rumored to be dating Monica Wright of the Minnesota Linx.
