Mo’Ne Davis is continuing to make strides and capture the hearts of everyone as she became the first girl to throw a shutout in the Little League World Series.
A couple days ago I posted a story about the 13-year old baseball phenom, Mo’Ne Davis. With an incredible 70 mph fastball and a a six-inning three-hit shutout, she led her team to the Little League World Series. She also became just the 18th girl to make it there. Despite all the strides she’s made at such a young age, she was still asked this stupid question.
Yesterday, 13-year-old Mo’ne Davis secured her spot as the 18th girl to play in the Little League World Series’ 68-year history. Not only did she get her Pennsylvania squad a slot in the Series, she did it in style, throwing a six-inning three-hit shutout to defeat Delaware.
