Lawsuit Brought Against Miguel Over Billboard Music Awards Performance Fail From 2013
Almost 2 years ago to the day, Miguel‘s Billboard Music Awards performance ended in infamy when he accidentally drop-kicked an audience member, and the inevitable lawsuit has finally arrived. Cindy Tsai was allegedly injured in the melee, and in her recently-filed lawsuit, says Miguel landed on her head, causing it to hit the stage hard. She is suing the singer and the MGM Grand Hotel for negligence, and is seeking damages to cover medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. There was another woman who was also injured in the incident and considered suing, but she never did. Wonder if this will inspire her to, however…

Khloe Kardashian was there with her boo French Montana and their double dates, Malika and Chinx. Kylie Jenner was there with her sister and of course her boo, Tyga – whose chain she was rocking the whole time! Also spotted were Soulja Boy and Nia Riley, Sean Kingston, Snoop Dogg, Ty Dolla $ign, Miguel and his girlfriend Nazanin, and Nicki Minaj. Snoop Dogg brought the house down for the Levi’s Pre Grammy party at the Hollywood Palladium on Thursday night. He brought out Pharrell and they debuted their new single “Peaches N Cream” from his forthcoming album, Bush. (Be on the look out for that this spring). Then Miguel got on stage and turned up with Snoop and sang Rick James’ “Give It To Me Baby”, followed by performing “How Many Drinks?” with Kendrick Lamar. Oh but the show wasn’t over yet! O.T. performed his instant hit and the streets new anthem “CoCo”. The legendary Ms. Chaka Khan let the crowd know she’s still a powerhouse by singing some of her classics including “Ain’t Nobody”.Other celebs that was in the building included Tyler the Creator, Christina Milian, YG, Too $hort, T.I., Leona Lewis and Daft Punk.
