The man hadn’t been identified, but it was already determined Ross was not home at the time, nor was he being named as a suspect. I really hope this isn’t true. I’d automatically dismiss it as bull, BUT the fact remains Chris DOES have a horrible temper and the report shows it’s clearly not about him wanting to steal the phone, it’s about him being angry because she was snapping pictures and I guess he didn’t like it.
