Hosted by label co-owner Nas, Mass Appeal’s annual NYC barbecue and show this year includes Ty Dolla $ign, DJ Shadow, Machine Gun Kelly, Mannie Fresh, Araab Muzik, Kamaiyah and more, hosted by Hot 97’s Peter Rosenberg and Laura Stylez. While doing an interview with interview with DJ Skee, rapper Machine Gun Kelly got a chance to speak on almost dying at the Minnesota State Fair Soundest Festival where he was performing. Kelly climbed on a few beams during his set and his legs did not totally agree with the move. One one decided to help support him. Kelly’s toe was his savior, giving him support. The crazy part about it all is Kelly believes dying on stage would be the way to go out.

Machine Gun Kelly will make his television debut in Cameron Crowe’s new Showtime series Roadies, premiering on Sunday, June 26th at 10PM EST. The show will focus on the lives of a group of roadies on tour, and give “an inside look at the reckless, romantic, funny and often poignant lives of a committed group of characters who live for music and the de facto family they’ve formed along the way.” Kells will be playing the role of Jesse, twin brother to the main character and a guy who “thrives around guitars and espresso machines.” Check out the extended trailer below. Machine Gun Kelly Announces Third Annual EST Fest In Ohio
Machine Gun Kelly has announced the dates for his third annual EST fEST. Launched in 2013, the weekend festival has brought out thousands of fans each year, and artists among the likes of Waka Flocka, Juvenile, Kid Ink and many more. Each year has a theme, and this year, MGK has gone with “The Last Weekend on Earth,” following 2014’s circus theme. (2015 was skipped due to tour and movie commitments.) The weekend will go down August 5-7 in Garrettsville, OH, and early bird tickets are available now here. We’ll keep you updated on the lineup as it’s announced!
