17 Mutilated Bodies Found In Mexico
In Jalisco, Mexico, where it is known for violent drug cartels, 17 mutilated men were found on a farm. The bodies were discovered as Mexicans were celebrating there independence. Alleged Cartel Leader Arrested!
Mexican police have arrested a man, “who is persumed to be and say he is,” Mario Cardenas Guillen. He was captured in the northern state of Tamaulipas.
