He returned just in time to help L.A. win Game 7 against Denver. A sold-out crowd at Chesapeake Energy Arena wasn’t nearly as happy to see him back, although World Peace was hardly fazed by the chorus of boos that greeted him during pregame introductions or again whenever the ball came his way.

Â World Peace chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds, his defense was greatly missed as he helped the Lakers win game 7 and move on to the Western Conference semifinals. Â Of course the night wouldn’t be complete without something extra memorable from World Peace. Â During his post-game interview with Craig Sager he was sure to rep his hood. NBA: Metta World Peace Returns Tonight For Lakers Game 7 Against Nuggets & Will Start
The Lakers will welcome Metta World Peace back Saturday night in various ways.
