Brooklyn OG Maino had a run-in with the law a few months back in October of 2014 after a porn star who goes by the name Mellanie Monroe accused him and a member of his entourage of assaulting her in his truck after partying in the popular New York City nightclub Griffin. She claims Maino hit her over the head with a champagne bottle. However, news just broke that the adult film star was making the entire story up.. SMH! Maino has been cleared on all assault charges after a thorough investivation by the NYPD proved that Maino never struck the woman with a champagne bottle. However according to cell phone footage that has been obtained by law officials, Maino and his business partner Richard Holt (who was also arrested) sprayed Monroe with champagne after she began to repeatedly throw around the “N” word. Monroe also claimed that Maino kicked her while they were in his SUV Audi Q7. However, due to the way the seats are designed in the truck, it is physically impossible due to their seating arrangements.
