(Video) Paul Walker’s Daughter Wins $10.1Million In Car Cash Settlement

The late Paul Walker’s daughter has won a $10.1 million settlement from the estate of Roger Rodas, who was behind the wheel of the Porsche in which both men died in the November 2013 car crash. Meadow Walker’s attorney told TMZ.com that Rodas was partially responsible for the crash, while not “directing the car through any particularly unsafe maneuvers when it went out of control.” The settlement between both the Rodas estate and Walker was finalized in November 2014 but was undisclosed until this week. Paul Walker’s Daughter Files A Lawsuit Against Porsche; Holds Them Accountable For Her Father’s Death

After actor Paul Walker passed away in a car accident, his family has been fighting tooth and nail to come to a conclusion as to what REALLY happened. His daughter, 16-year-old Meadow Walker, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche, stating that she thinks the actual car itself is to blame for her father’s death as apposed to just the crash. Apparently Walker tried to escape from the vehicle, which was caught on fire, but was unable to due to the car’s features.

After Fast & Furious actor Paul Walker tragically passed away in a horrific car crash just a few weeks ago, his brave 15-year-old daughter Meadow made her first public appearance at an event since her father’s death. The fallen actor’s daughter was spotted at Justin Bieber’s “Believe” movie premiere in Los Angeles, arriving late to avoid the paparazzi and red carpet. What a strong girl!
